2.2. As of the last update date of this document, the Website operates exclusively as an informational and promotional showcase. The visible catalog and contents serve a purely illustrative purpose for the lines and products; selling prices are not displayed on the Website, nor is there any functionality for concluding distance purchasing contracts or submitting electronic orders.

2.3. The Owner expressly reserves the right to activate an e-commerce module in the future. In such event, these Terms will be promptly updated to include clauses regarding prices, shipping methods, payment terms, legal warranties of conformity, and the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

3. User Access and Conduct

3.1. Access to the Website is free of charge.

3.2. Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out actions aimed at tampering with, altering, breaching, or compromising the IT integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Website, its servers, or connected networks.

4. Product Sheets and Commercial Information

4.1. Product information and visual representations on the Website are purely indicative and descriptive.

4.2. Although the Owner takes all reasonable measures to ensure image accuracy, any chromatic or visual rendering discrepancies attributable to the display devices, monitors, or browsers used by the user do not constitute a lack of conformity or a breach of contract.

4.3. The presence of a product on the Website does not constitute an offer to the public pursuant to Art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, nor does it bind the Owner to guarantee its actual availability. To obtain updated information on availability, price quotes, or customized estimates, the user must contact the Owner directly through the official channels specified in Art. 7.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

5.1. The Borders Lab trademark, domain name, Website structure, graphic layout, texts, photographic material, illustrations, logos, and any other work elements present on the Website are the exclusive property of the Owner (or legitimately licensed or used by the latter) and are protected by national and international copyright and industrial property laws.

7. Communications and Contacts

For any clarification requests, product information, quotes, or reports regarding the Website, the user may contact the Owner directly by sending a written communication to the email address: info@borderslab.com.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.

8.2. Without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers (Art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005) which establish the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, the Court of Genoa shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, or execution of these Terms between the Owner and entities acting in a professional/business capacity.

9. Revisions and Amendments

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by providing notice through updating the date indicated at the top of the document. Amendments shall become effective upon their publication on the Website. Users are therefore invited to consult this page periodically.
